Come and join me for uplifting yoga classes and small group PT sessions at welcoming gym locations across Sheffield and the surrounding areas.

My weekly sessions are open to all levels. Whether you’re brand new to movement or looking to deepen your practice, you’ll find a supportive space to build strength, flexibility, and confidence.

Join me for my weekly Mindful Movement yoga class at The Station Gym in Sheffield. You can view the timetable and purchase a day pass if you're not a member.

Vinyasa Yoga Class

JD Gym, Kilner Way, Sheffield, UK

My Vinyasa class runs every week at JD Gym in Sheffield. Non-members can join using a day pass, just check the timetable below.

Vinyasa & Yin Yoga Class

Bannatyne Health Club & Spa, Dodworth, Barnsley, S75 3JT, UK

Enjoy twice-weekly Vinyasa and Yin yoga sessions at Bannatyne Health Club in Dodworth. Treat yourself to a relaxing class and maybe even a spa day while you're there.

Yoga & Small Group PT
