3 Days of Calm, Connection & Choice
Across the weekend, you’ll be offered a variety of sessions including yoga, mindful strength practices, guided meditation, and time in nature, all designed to support your wellbeing. Each session is optional, giving you the freedom to join in when it feels right or simply rest and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. Whether you want to fill your days with movement or take quiet time for yourself, this retreat is about tuning in to what you need.

Enjoy a cosy two-night stay in a peaceful countryside hotel, with 3 daily health gourmet meals provided. Refreshments throughout the day.

Sarah
Yoga and wellness professional, known for her inclusive, accessible approach to movement, breathwork, and meditation. Based in Sheffield, she teaches regular classes that support both strength and flexibility, on and off the mat.
As a qualified Personal Trainer and co-founder of Serenity Retreats, Sarah brings a calm, supportive energy to every session. Her goal is to help you reset, reconnect, and leave feeling relaxed, grounded, and more like yourself.

Joe
With years of experience coaching high-performing professionals, I specialise in personal training, lifestyle consulting, and holistic wellness. My approach blends movement, recovery, and mindset coaching to help you feel stronger, more focused, and grounded.
