Hi, I’m Sarah, Yoga Teacher, Personal Trainer, and Wellness Coach based in Sheffield.
I help people feel stronger, calmer and more connected through a blend of yoga, functional strength training, and simple, down-to-earth wellness practices. Whether you’re stepping onto the mat for the first time or looking to deepen your practice, I’m here to guide and support you.

I believe that moving your body should feel good, whether that’s through a flowing yoga practice, strength training that builds confidence, or simply taking time out to breathe and reset.
I teach weekly yoga classes in and around Sheffield, run small wellness events and retreats, and offer tailored 1:1 sessions to support you on your own journey, whether your goal is to feel stronger, calmer, more flexible, or more energised.
My approach is down-to-earth, friendly, and supportive, no pressure, no judgment, just space to move, breathe, and grow at your own pace.
Whether you’re brand new to yoga or fitness, returning after a break, or looking to deepen your practice, you’re very welcome here.
